Price Match is a feature within Future Pay’s Big Bazaar wallet to ensure that our customers will always get the lowest price and the best deal when they shop at Future Group stores.
Price Match compares our prices with the advertised prices of local or online competitors. If we notice that you have been charged higher than our competitor’s prices, we refund you the difference in your Big Bazaar wallet.
We have a reputed third party vendor who provides us with the competitor’s data on a daily basis.
  • 1)  Tap on the Price Match icon on the Home Page.
  • 2)  Select the City and the Store you visited from the drop-down.
  • 3)  Enter the Date of the Transaction.
  • 4) Click on Scan Bill button and scan the bar code printed on the bill.
  • 5) Once the bill is scanned, Till Number and Receipt Number will get auto populated and the Price Match request will be submitted.
  • 6) If you have made payment (full or partial payment) via Future Pay's Big Bazaar wallet, just go to the transaction history and swipe left the eligible transaction and your Price Match request will be submitted.
  • 7) That's not all! You can simply click on the transaction listed in transaction history page and then tap on "Price Match Now" icon to submit the price match request.

Click on the transaction history icon at the top right corner of the Price Match Screen.
You can also use date filter to see the Price Match transactions done or the Price Match requests submitted during a particular period.
Yes Just tap on any of the Price Match transactions listed in the transaction history and you will see its detailed view If you received a price difference, you can view the amount refunded and the list of items for which you received the credit in your Future Pay's Big Bazaar wallet.

Price Match applies to many items sold at Future Group stores. Price Match compares identical items based on an item’s article code and typically does not compare items of different quantity, brand, flavour, colour, etc.

Price Match does not currently apply to:

  • Private label / store brand items, deli, bakery and weighed meat items
  • Non-branded items
  • Tobacco, SIS and food services, or products that require a service agreement such as T24 Mobile Recharge or financial products

This is due to one or more of the following reasons:

  • The items were not advertised by a competitor in your area at the time of your purchase
  • The type of promotion / offer by the competitor is not included in Price Match
  • The items you purchased were not identical to the advertised items. (Size, quantity, brand, flavour, colour, etc.)

Price Match does not compare the following types of offers:

  • Items that require a separate purchase to get the advertised price (example: “Buy Nescafe coffee and get Rs 20 off on dairy whitener.”)
  • Items with no actual price that require a purchase to get a free product (example: “Buy digestive biscuits and get Microwave bowl for free.”)
  • Buy one get one free (BOGO) deals where no item price is listed (example: Kids Jeans, buy one, get one free, combo offers)
  • Going out of business or clearance prices
  • Percentage off on range of products (example: “All soaps, 40% off”)
Your receipt needs to be less than 7 days old. For example, if you shopped on Tuesday, you have until the following Monday to submit your receipt.
For PriceMatch to work, we need the store details, transaction number and date from your receipt. We cannot process your receipt without it.
However, if you had made the earlier transaction through Future Pay’s Big Bazaar wallet, you can view the details of that particular transaction and place your Price Match request from there.

There are a few reasons why you might be receiving an “invalid” message when you try to enter your receipt:

  • The store name or the transaction number or purchase date or their combination may have been entered incorrectly. Check the numbers carefully and try again.
  • Your receipt may be older than 7 days. For example, if you bought your items on Tuesday this week, you have until Monday of next week to enter it into PriceMatch.
  • Your bill was cancelled or your products were returned.
  • The store visited was not a participating store.
  • Your bill is already processed for Price Match i.e., if it’s a duplicate bill.
PriceMatch will send your results within 24 hours of receipt submission. As soon as your results are ready, we will let you know by SMS notification and email. If your results are not ready within 24 hours, feel free to call us on 1800 210 1818 – our toll-free customer helpline number.
Price Match allows you to submit maximum of 2 requests per week.
A returned item is not eligible for PriceMatch. Please note that returning items could increase the standard 24 hours that it takes PriceMatch to process your receipt.
